The firm was developed to heighten awareness and readiness of DEI initiatives within companies. Principal Consultant, Antoinetta Mosley is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)® and DEI champion adept in leading change management. I Follow the Leader’s engagement opportunities and strategy documents are designed based on research, best practices, and emerging trends. All engagements are customized based on the client’s goals, objectives, and current location on the diversity continuum. Over three thousand professionals have engaged with I Follow the Leader on DEI related topics via training, presentations, conferences, panels, “courageous conversations,” and other speaking engagements over the last four years.
Our purpose is to drive the advancement of day-to-day operations through partnerships with impactful companies who want to thrive. I Follow the Leader helps leaders develop, evaluate, and improve on their overall strategy by integrating DEI into each stage ofthe employee life cycle, including pipeline development, recruiting, hiring, employee engagement, and retention. Some of the projects we lead include developing 1-2-year strategic action plans, facilitating training and strategic conversations, designing measurement plans, conducting cultural audits (distributing DEI surveys, conducting focus groups, reviewing policies), and pipeline/recruitment/retention support. We partner with companies who have committed to integrating DEI into their overall strategy.
