We are looking to partner with 2-3 additional skilled DEI Consultants who will help provide support for client engagements at I Follow the Leader to help us achieve our firm’s mission.
We are looking for individuals who have experience leading and co-facilitating training and/or are skilled in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy work. All individuals should have a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and envision a long-term partnership with I Follow the Leader.
This is a project-based contractor role that reports directly to our CEO or a Senior Consultant. You'll also work in conjunction with our talented team of consultants and a DEI Assistant.
This is an independent contractor and project-based role. Consultants will be matched to projects that fit their skills, knowledge, abilities, and desired project type.
This position is a remote, work-from-home position. You can be located anywhere.
This is an hourly position. The hourly rate will be commensurate with experience, skills, and pay equity. Candidates will be asked to share their rate expectations in the application.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will be the essential support for all of I Follow the Leader’s marketing and communications strategies to help us more effectively achieve our firm’s mission. The ideal candidate also has dreams of long-term growth with I Follow the Leader.
This is a part-time role that reports directly to our Founder and CEO. You'll also work in conjunction with a DEI Coordinator and our talented team of consultants.
This is a part-time virtual contractor role. We estimate a commitment of 20-25 hours a month. The schedule for this role is flexible; the majority of the work is deadline-oriented and can be completed in advance on your schedule.
To ensure we’re a great fit for each other, you’ll join the team for a three-month trial period. During the last month of the trial, we’ll meet and mutually decide whether we’d like marketing to continue with a longer-term arrangement.
The number of hours and level of responsibility has the potential to increase for the right person. If the individual hired stays with the firm after the trial period, the hours and level of responsibility will be reviewed, discussed, and agreed upon with the CEO on a quarterly basis prior to the start of the new quarter. We believe in flexibility and growth opportunities.
