This is a high-touch, high results package. The 1.5-year partnership advances companies through the preparation, assessment, and commitment phases of the P.A.C.E. Progress Framework during the first six months. After, we will continue meeting quarterly for a year to assist you through the execution phase.
This is a 2-month partnership. I Follow the Leader will conduct a comprehensive cultural audit of your organization from a DEI lens. The audit also includes stakeholder engagement such as facilitation of strategy sessions, distribution of a DEI employee survey, focus groups, etc.
