Partner with DEI experts for 1.5 years! We will meet regularly for 6 months to conduct a Cultural Audit and establish your DEI strategy. Then, we will meet quarterly over the next year to provide support to your implementation team.
Partner with DEI experts for 3 months to have an audit conducted of your organizational culture. The audit focuses on diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and wellness.
This is a high-touch, high results package. The 1.5-year partnership will advance your organization through the preparation, assessment, and commitment phases of the P.A.C.E. Progress Framework during the first six months. After, we will continue meeting quarterly for a year to support your implementation team during the execution phase.
This is a 3-month partnership. I Follow the Leader will conduct a comprehensive cultural audit of your organization from a DEI lens. The audit includes stakeholder engagement such as facilitation of strategy sessions, distribution of a comprehensive DEI employee survey, focus groups, document review, and executive summaries with recommendations and analysis throughout the audit process.
